Merola Tile is currently seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Prepare and ship orders accurately by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing finished orders in staging/delivery area.
- Organize stock and maintain inventory.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, product locations, and workstations neat.
- Inspect products for any defects or damages in accordance with standards of quality, weight specifications, and presentation.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary and required.

We are looking to fill a nine (9) hour shift, with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch, within the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be available on a conditional basis.
Compensation: $13 - $15 per hour, depending on experience, with a merit-based performance review given after ninety (90) days.
Requirements:
- Ability to push/pull/lift up to 75 lbs. several times during the shift.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend, and twist without restrictions.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Frequently work in environment with extreme temperatures. Our warehouse is not climate-controlled. This includes sometimes being exposed to the outdoor environment.
