COUNTRY LOCATION: CANADA

JOB POSITION:   Workers Wanted

• CONSTRUCTION WORKER           $18 P/H
• CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR   $30 P/H
• LANDSCAPING WORKER             $23 P/H
• BUILDING MAINTENANCE           $33 P/H

Job Duties:

• Spread top soil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees and perform other duties to assist with the construction of a landscape and related structures.
• Cut grass, rake, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees and perform other maintenance duties as directed by supervisor.
• Plan, schedule and perform painting activities for office spaces, boardrooms, piping, equipment and other industrial areas of the wastewater treatment plants.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to generators, pressure and steam washers, lawnmowers, snow blowers, ice augers, chop saws, hedge trimmers and weed whips .
• Perform building maintenance such as removing cupboards, installing insulation on pipes, changing ceiling tiles and repairing doors and door frames.
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in Steel Stud Framing, Drywall installation and finishingensure that the deadlines are met
  Establish methods to meet work schedules
  Resolve problems arising at workplace and applying measures to improve productivity
  Maintain required Inventory tools, equipment’s and materials
  Training and overseeing of workers at workplace

Job Requirements:

• No education required
• No experience required. We will provide training for successful candidates.
• Team oriented attitude.
• Functional English is required

Pre-employment Reuirements

• A security clearance will be conducted.
• Ability to obtain a City of Calgary operator’s permit.
• Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications.
