Job Duties:
- Measure & weigh blueberry to be packed & stored.
- Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools.
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.
- Set up and sanitize the processing station.
- Wash and trim the blueberry as per the storage requirement
- Proper storage and packaging of the finished product
- Place frozen product in appropriately sized containers given intended uses.
- Move the product to freezer for storage.
- Clean up and sanitize work area.
- To follow food & safety rules & regulations
Working & Physical Capabilities:
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work long hours for with repetitive tasks.
Ability to work in various environments cold, damp & dust.
Ability to handle heavy workloads required.
