SMG, one of the world’s largest entertainment companies and operator of the American Bank CENTER Arena, Convention Center and Selena Auditorium in Corpus Christi Texas is seeking part-time security guards for the upcoming event season.
Must be a non-commissioned officer as mandated by the State of Texas. A minimum of 6 months experience. Responsible for securing property and the safety of individuals at the property. Must have good written and verbal communications skills. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to work both indoors and outdoors as required by the function.
Must have the physical ability to maneuver around the entire facility, at times, walking and/or standing up to 8-14 hours daily as well as the ability to kneel, climb to walkways or balance, frequently lift in the excess of 25 pounds.
